About Executive Sous Chef, Ambrose Andrews

Executive Sous Chef Ambrose Andrew heads the kitchen operations in Fiji. He has been with the company since 2002, working at The Westin Melbourne and Sheraton Mirage Gold Coast before joining the Fiji organization. Ambrose has been in the industry for over 20 years and shows great Pride, Passion and Professionalism in His work and for his Team.

Chef Ambrose oversees banquet services for events and culinary operations for the 17 restaurants & bars across Sheraton Fiji Resort, Sheraton Denarau Villas, The Westin Denarau Island Resort & Spa and Denarau Golf & Racquet Club.

A dedicated and passionate chef, he started his cookery apprenticeship and at the age of 14 and has over 20 years experience cooking in five-star hotels, resorts and boutique restaurants in Australia, England and Canada. His journey with Starwood Hotels & Resorts began at The Westin Melbourne in 2002 and prior to joining the Fiji team, he was at the Sheraton Mirage Resort & Spa Gold Coast.
