Executive Chef Matt Hart (Sheraton Mirage Port Douglas Resort)
Chef Matt Hart was born in northern new south wales and travelled extensively before beginning his Starwood career as a Commis Chef at Sheraton Mirage Port Douglas Resort in 2003. 
Chef Fulvio Lancione (The Westin Sydney)
Commencing his culinary career at The Westin Excelsior in Rome, Chef Fulvio Lancione has a true passion for food. Building his experience in Tuscany, London, Bermuda and Spain, he has a focus of offering his guests the best fresh, local produce available.

Health enhancing, nutrient-rich SuperFoodsRx, that appear in all The Westin Sydney menus are in perfect alignment with his thinking, allowing guests to enhance their well-being.
Executive Chef Benjamin Chatellard (Le Méridien Ile des Pins)
Chef Benjamin Chatellard is a young creative Executive Chef of 31 years old. He started his career with Starwood in Bora Bora Nui Resort and Spa by Luxury Collection, where he stayed 3 years.
Robert Sauer (Four Points by Sheraton Sydney, Darling Harbour)
With a passion for modern cuisine, innovative culinary concepts and large operations, Australian executive chef Robert Sauer brings over 20 years gastronomic experience to Four Points by Sheraton Sydney, Darling Harbour.
Executive Chef Gunnar Mueller (Sheraton on the Park, Sydney)
Chef Gunnar leads the kitchen brigade of Sheraton on the Park’s signature restaurant Feast, the Conservatory Bar and The Gallery Tea Lounge. He delivers a diverse range of cuisines utilising his international experience and years spent in Asia to create a burst of freshness, colour and variety to guests and locals alike. 
Executive Chef Desmond Carneiro (Four Points by Sheraton Brisbane)
Chef Desmond Carneiro is a 28 Year Old Executive Chef, one of the youngest Executive Chefs in Starwood. Desmond started his career with Starwood as an Apprentice Chef in 2003 at Four Points By Sheraton Darling Harbour.
Executive Sous Chef, Ambrose Andrews (Sheraton Fiji Resort)
Executive Sous Chef Ambrose Andrew heads the kitchen operations in Fiji. He has been with the company since 2002, working at The Westin Melbourne and Sheraton Mirage Gold Coast before joining the Fiji organization. Ambrose has been in the industry for over 20 years and shows great Pride, Passion and Professionalism in His work and for his Team.
