Certificate Culinary Master Craftsman hails from the East of Germany. Specializing in Fusion-Spa cuisine and working with fresh seasonal produce, his food is contemporary and creative.

A  student of the 16 points Gault Millau, Manfred Roth , Gerrit previously worked as Sous Chef in the award-winning Fine dinning Restaurant La Terrasse in the Swiss “Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa” for 5 years.
